Warranty
​
We build our RAD RIGS with well known parts that has been tried and trusted throughout the years giving us the confidence to warranty all hardware in any New Build RAD RIG for 24 Months from the day of purchase. As this is a hardware warranty and all faulty parts will be send back to suppliers for close inspection and replace or repairs, we can offer the warranty even if you're not the original buyer, we do ask that you please keep a copy of the original receipt so we can track down which part numbers are associated with your RAD RIG.

In Many Cases parts do have more than 24 months of warranty so if you ever come across any problem with your custom build RAD RIG please let us know and we might be able to still get it sorted even after the 24 month warranty has expired.
Do note that this warranty only covers manufacturing problems or any issues related to a fault on the manufacturing side as these will be send back to suppliers for inspection, we can not cover hardware that was damaged due to user error or accidents.

Life Time Support

Here at RAD RIGS we take pride in our work and promise to help you with your RIG for as long as it stays running, We will for the life of the RIG give you free informative support and in the event of an issue related to our workmanship get that issue resolved.
​
When you have done something wrong or tried upgrading your own RIG and it didn't go as planned, please don't hesitate to contact us as we are still more than happy to help you get it resolved over the phone and should it need to come in for hardware replacement or repairs we will give you great rates as long as you can proof it was built by US.

Returns & Refund
Items can be returned in its original packaging with in 7 days of purchase for a refund of price paid less 20% restocking fee. Please note due to the nature of business we can not refund for change of mind. All faulty equipment will be send to suppliers for investigation and repairs or to be replaced.

Damage caused by power surge.

Software issues or problems caused by viruses or other malicious software.

Any damage caused during shipping or handling of the computer.

Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for use, maintenance, and care of the computer.

Loss of data, including but not limited to personal files, software programs, or other digital content.

Modifications or alterations to the computer that are not in line with normal computer use.

Damaged caused by smoking from Vapes Cigarettes or any vapor / smoke substance.

Normal wear and tear of the computer, including cosmetic damage or scratches.

Damage from any liquid or spillage over the computer.
